A big kudos to local company Click Access. I love supporting small businesses in a community I live in but especially when you get great service. I work from home and absolutely need great internet access plus Mobile coverage. We are migrating from Nashville Tennessee next week to Sunshine Coast. Liz went above and beyond to make sure wherever we got a rental that we were covered for Internet and mobile coverage. Thank you to Click Access / Liz as it was great and would highly recommend them.

We recently switched to Click Access after being with a different provider. Phones and technology had not been my friend for the past fair few months. It had put a strain on my business, as clients (new or current) had not been able to contact me and has been an absolute headache to the point of a breakdown in tears. Rob and Liz have been amazing, gone above and beyond to help out with all our technical issues. Rob was so professional and wouldn't leave my home until every device was working correctly. It's really hard to find good customer service these days but it's a breath of fresh air to know that I have the help of someone who genuinely cares. Thank you Click Access!

I would highly recommend Liz and Rob at Click Access when you are looking for an NBN connection. I found the whole procedure very easy and Liz was able to talk me through the internet options which made filling in the online form simple. Rob installed the new modem for us and arrived on time which is always a bonus. We are now up and running with our NBN and very happy with the process.
